Everyone’s favorite fast food outlet is currently under fire for the most jaw-dropping reasons.
McDonald’s Australia is being bashed online after shocking video footage showed an employee carrying out a filthy act inside the kitchen that did not go unnoticed by one customer waiting patiently in line for their goods.
The female worker can be seen drying a mop head under a warmer that’s designed to keep fries warm. Moreover, people were quick to share the news, making the incident go viral in seconds.
The shocking and disgusting act was slammed by fans who felt there needed to be more quality control checks in place, considering how famous and popular the chain is around the globe.
The employee can be seen holding the detachable mop head made of microfibers under the heated lamp. It was located just a few centimeters away from a box featuring fresh fries at the McDonald’s outlet in Booval. The latter is the name given to a city located in Ipswich that is 30 kilometers southwest of Brisbane.
The outlet is yet to release any further information on this front in regards to the shocking and viral incident that really had fans furious and others calling for an immediate explanation and probe into the matter.
