Katherine McPhee and David Foster are finally shedding light on their family tragedy, which has been making the headlines for two days.

Sources from local media claim the couple was stunned beyond words can explain when they heard about something going terribly wrong in their household. And that’s when they both made the decision just to drop everything and leave.

The circumstances were kept away from the public eye for a few days but people were curious and all sorts of speculations began coming in.

It was definitely something serious because to see an act of this kind arise in the world of showbiz and no one knowing what the tragedy was about in the first place led to all kinds of speculations.

But Katherine rushing back home and canceling her shows and appointments in the media industry had people talking about how the incident was linked to the couple’s nanny that they had hired for their child.

She was the caretaker for a number of their child’s tasks and was hired to ensure he was cared for at all times. But her mysterious and tragic death and the circumstances around it caused the couple to leave immediately and figure out the matter.

A statement that was recently published spoke about how the nanny had been run over at a car dealership. It was beyond tragic how things took place out of the blue. And she ended up dying from her injuries, causing Katherine to pull out of her joint tour of Asia and return back to the US.

It’s still unknown if the couple’s two-year-old child happened to be on tour with them during that period of time or if he was under the nanny’s care.
