Actor Matt Damon was seen turning heads recently after the star from Hollywood made some striking confessions about his filming experiences.
Matt explained how he fell into a mode of depression while filming a movie and that really did take a lot of people by surprise.

While promoting his new movie called Oppenheimer with his co-stars, the star shed light on the exact moment in time when he realized something was majorly wrong with him.
He just did not feel quite like himself and his behavior was noticed by others on the set, who continuously asked him if he was okay.
Damon recalled how it was a nightmare for him on some days.
This is when the star adds how he knew that this project was the reason he might not be doing so well mentally. He realized it was borderline depression And while he might not have realized this at the start, things were going from bad to worse and he needed to do something about it.
“This is not the type of life I would like to live at all. It was not only this project but my movies in general that made me feel this way. Sometimes, things don’t turn out the way that you envisioned them to. This might be the case here”- the star revealed.
The actor did mention how days like these were common for obvious reasons as he was doing several films together. But when things didn’t go as he had expected, it was his wife who would help him navigate out of this situation. And that’s something he would always be grateful for.
