Raising a vegan child is never easy and that’s because you need to make them understand how certain food choices are good for them while others are not.
For one mother, the journey has been tough but she’s managed to grab hold of it. But recently, she was livid after finding out her own child was fed chicken nuggets from McDonald’s, thanks to the actions of her former lover.
The incident did not end well as she was left fuming and demanding answers. According to her, the least he could have done is taken her permission before forcing that down her throat and now, she is demanding an apology.
The mother further revealed how her child adores fast food but she made it a point to not give in to her fast food cravings. But seeing this just left her so dumbfounded and furious.
Her ex-husband is also the child’s father and she says that he should know better because this child follows a vegan diet. But he chose to ignore that fact and fed his daughter a pack of chicken nuggets, knowing that he was not supposed to.
The mother revealed how her ex bought a packet for himself and stated that since his daughter was looking, he gave her some too.
The mother was even more shocked at his behavior because when she moved in with her ex, she was forced to convert to a vegan because he made all the healthy choices in his diet.
He followed a diet that was only rich in plant foods. And so the couple at that time chose to be vegans and raise their 8-year-old child as a vegan too. But this act let her outraged.
The mother recently had a meltdown because she feels that each time her child does not wish to eat her regular meal, she wants the same chicken nuggets that her dad happened to feed her and she’s not happy about it.
