Erika Kirk, the widow of conservative commentator Charlie Kirk, has expressed serious frustration in public with the intense camera scrutiny that she is facing after public events.
Ever since her husband’s assassination, she claims that the press is analyzing her every move, and it’s rubbing her the wrong way. She is tired of being judged for every little thing she does and people claiming wrong things about her.
“They analyze my every smile and my every tear. I am not here to give you replies or justify my actions. You need to stop!”- she mentioned.
Erika is currently leading Turning Point USA’s headquarters after Charlie’s death, and during a recent interview with Jesse Watters, she sharply criticized the decision by a judge to keep cameras out of the trial of the accused.
Furthermore, the media recounts a controversial moment when Erika and former US Senator JD Vance were seen in an embrace at a recent public event.
Vance’s hands were on her waist while she ran her fingers through his hair, which many dubbed as suspicious behavior and very unlikely for a widow to behave with a married man.
That display went viral and spurred romance speculation on social media. It drew massive backlash online from people who felt it was wrong and incredibly intimate, given the recent grieving period.
