Reports have confirmed that actor Elijah Wood has officially tied the knot with his long-term partner Mette-Marie Kongsved.

Speculations about his wedding arose when he referred to Mette’ Marie as his partner in a recent podcast.

The couple are also parents to a son and daughter. A recent report from TMZ spoke about the couple’s having a marriage license on file in LA County.

However, since they opted for a more confidential marriage license, the actual date of the marriage was still not clear. Fans were so happy by the great news with many sharing some congratulatory messages to the couple.
