Sean Diddy Combs’ lawyers were seen approaching the Trump administration seeking a potential pardon from the president of the USA.
The disgraced music mogul’s attorney, Nicole Westmoreland, spoke with media outlet CNN to share more about the discussions that were underway regarding the potential pardon.
‘It’s my understanding that we have reached out and had chats regarding Diddy’s potential pardon,’- she added.
Westmoreland explained how Diddy was more hopeful, and now they believe he will remain hopeful as ever to receive that pardon, as the president has said yes to discussions, but no promise of a pardon was made just yet.
The news comes just days after Trump shared that nobody had asked about this pardon yet, despite rumors speaking about Trump considering it with serious intent.
Inside the Oval Office, Trump shared that nobody asked, but he does know that some people are seriously thinking about it. Earlier, Trump vowed to take a glance at what is happening, and if he were asked to do so, he mentioned that he has not seen or spoken to the rapper in so many years. He also mentioned that he did not like the way he behaved when Trump was campaigning for the elections.
