“I’ve Been Called A Bad Mom For Doing My Kids’ Homework! If I Don’t Help Them, Who Else Will?”


Being a parent to young kids comes with a long share of responsibilities and one of them includes providing a great education.

This next story is about a mom who claims she’s been slammed by others for doing her kids’ homework. And she’s sick and tired of people’s unsolicited advice.

Parents commonly do help their kids with homework but in this case, she proudly admits to doing it all herself. And people think it’s the worst example anyone could set for their little ones.

The topic is one that’s commonly debated and it has people talking for obvious reasons. But the mom’s justification is that she is doing it to help the little ones as she cannot see them get stressed out on a routine basis.

Lottie Weaver who is a mom of three added how she is trying her level best to try out different parenting strategies and so far, only this one has managed to make some sense to her.

“They are little and I don’t like to see them struggling. They are my world and I will do everything in my power to help them. After all, if I don’t then who will?”- she asked.

Speaking in the video, she is seen doing the work and proudly admitting it. She also reminded audience members how she does not always do it but when she feels they’re struggling or finding it too hard, she would much rather rid away the tension and quickly do it.

“Anxiety is not worth it, at this young age. It’s so important that people understand this!”- she went on to conclude.

The kids range between the ages of 3 to 5 years and she feels that they are too young to ever understand anything too harsh. So instead of pressurizing them into doing something they aren’t keen on, why not just do it instead? What do you think?
