A third Disney World guest has reportedly died after paying cash for their room and then selecting to jump out from the hotel’s balcony on Thursday morning.
Emergency services confirmed to the US Sun that a person passed away by taking his own life from Disney’s Contemporary Resort Hotel in Florida’s Walt Disney World.
This is the third death to have ensued inside the park in the past 10 days and the second one entailing the cause of su*cide.
A source who was familiar with the investigation explained how there was a man who jumped out from the 12th floor after checking in on Wednesday night and then paying for the room with only cash. Earlier that same week, another guest had made the headlines after they died while staying at a Disney campground. Authorities did respond to reports of a person down at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground at about 7:30 pm.
Upon arrival, they found a man in his 60s experiencing a serious case of a medical emergency. He was soon transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead, the Orange County Sheriff’s Department mentioned.
Officials shared how there was no indication of foul play and have yet to release any further data about the matter.
