McDonald’s Australia is under fire after one of its outlets allowed a pet owner to seat his ‘dirty dog’ on its indoor tables.

The news went viral after images of the incident took social media by storm. Many could not believe what they were seeing while others were in awe regarding the situation.

Customers at the famous international franchise were furious to have images of the dirty dog sitting with his bottom down on a table while his owner waited for his meal to be prepared.

The picture taker revealed how shocked he was and captioned the image with how ridiculous it was to see something like this in broad daylight. Did we mention how unhygienic it was too?

The image did not take long at all to be circulated on the popular online platform Reddit. This is where a lot of individuals were having a hard time understanding why the customers would even begin to imagine that this was ok. Similarly, they found it ridiculous how the staff that was present failed to prevent them from the act.

“We eat on those same tables where the dog is seated. How about respecting others if you can’t respect yourself?”- mentioned one furious netizen. And just like that, the comments started to come in.

While the image was taken in Melbourne, it was circulated worldwide. And as a whole, it was condemned by the popular fast-food outlet coming under fire for the behavior.

The news comes at a time when McDonald’s CEO has opted to make some mega changes in the company.
