Denise Richards was given a restraining order against her estranged partner, Aaron Phypers, after accusing him of abuse.
The ‘Wild Things’ actress detailed more alleged violent altercations she has had with Phypers, including him threatening to kill her and himself if she ever reported him to the cops, as per the latest court documents.
