However, the shocking part related to the whole matter is how a fellow female passenger behaved aboard the aircraft while this tragedy took place. She claims the airline must compensate her and her loved ones for witnessing the unfortunate incident because they were left traumatized.
She further mentioned how there was just so much going on that it was a very anxious ordeal to be in. And now, she wants the airline to pay.
And in case that was not dramatic enough, she says British Airways flight attendants were really distracted by the endeavor and the regular trolley for the drinks had also been affected. Therefore, they were not provided the proper services that they were paying for.
