A 14-year-old girl passed away just days after she had a boob job and butt lift without her father’s knowledge.

The procedures took place with her mother’s plastic surgeon beau, who was keen on giving her a massive transformation that her tiny body could withstand.

According to reports from local media outlets, the mom’s beau is currently under investigation for possible negligent homicide.

Paloma Nicole Arellano Escobedo passed away on Saturday in a hospital in Mexico after being in a state of coma with a swollen brain and heart issues.

This is right after her secret surgery that occurred one week back, as per local media outlets. The young teen’s father was informed that she had passed away from complications of COVID-19. Only later, he found out that she had undergone several extensive cosmetic procedures in the name of plastic surgery when saying his final goodbyes.

The father is now calling for justice as he expressed anger over the whole situation. He added that some relatives had informed him that her breasts were larger than they had been before. And when he asked the mother, she said that it was not true. She also informed him that she had no idea about this, the grieving dad mentioned.
