Actress Jamie Lee Curtis is at it again and this time around, she’s giving her fans and followers a reality check of what it’s like to go under the knife.
The famous celeb has spoken against plastic surgery in the past and she’s doing the same right now too.
Curtis says that the decision is one that many would regret and are continuing to do so with time. Hence, she’s playing her role as a senior member of the fraternity to let them know that it’s not okay to play with your skin as the damage can be irreversible.
Curtis opened up about how she regrets plastic surgery more than anything else in the world. And when her own daughter comes up to her and asks for advice or permission to do the same, all they get in return with a big fat no is a huge lecture on why it could be the worst possible thing to do to yourself.
Speaking to the Morning Show today, she says that these things are very sensitive and people can’t understand that sometimes. They’re willing to dish out plenty of cash on things they’ve got zero knowledge about. And if it were up to her, she’d ban the surgery for life.
“Does the botox you add to your skin make the wrinkles go away? Yes, but it does come at a huge cost. It makes you look like a plastic figurine!”- she adds.
Jamie added that walking a mile in her shoes would make so many people understand that she got the botox done but it never worked. So now, she’s advising others against it.
This is the second warning that the A-list celeb has sent out in recent times in regard to plastic surgery and the great dangers that come with it.
