The Rams have won the Super Bowl again and this makes it their second win, beating the Bengals with a breakthrough performance.
But what really caught so many people’s eyes is how the team’s leading quarterback Matthew Stafford was pictured embracing his tumor survivor wife Kelly in the most heartwarming and emotional manner imaginable.
The player stared eye to eye with his lady love who was spotted looking better than ever as she congratulated him on the dramatic win.
Despite trailing 20-16 and without their famous star Odell Beckham Jr. being injured, the Los Angeles Rams still somehow managed to pull off the 20-16 victory with an absolute firecracker performance during the match on Sunday night.
Stafford ended his first season strong despite all the odds being against him and his team in the Super Bowl LVI that took place on Sunday night in Inglewood.
But nothing could stop the quarterback from doing what he does best and that includes tossing the game-winning pass towards fellow player Cooper Kupp.
For those who may not be aware, Stafford is the first pick for the 2009 NFL Draft, was always renowned as the top quarterback player with a negative supporting cast over the past 12 years when he was on the Detroit Lions. But it was an absolute turnaround episode for him during his first season with the LA Rams.
Three years back, the LA Rams managed to make it through to the Super Bowl with their quarterback Jared Goff but unfortunately, they couldn’t pull through all the way, losing their game against the Patriots.
Stafford and his wife have gone through an emotional roller coaster since 2019, and that’s when his wife reportedly had surgery to remove a giant brain tumor.
Thankfully, that proved to be a majorly successful operation with the couple welcoming their beautiful daughter in the month of June in 2020.
