“I Refuse To Switch My Airplane Seat So That Families & Couples May Sit Together! Am I In The Wrong?”

Traveling has its own pros and cons but being forced to switch your seat for someone else is not always fun and games.

Moreover, one woman is shedding light on how tough things can be when you’re put into a sticky mess while flying thousands of feet in the air.

A female passenger who goes by the name of Jaci Stephen says that she is mortified by travelers who try to play the victim card on her. They assume that she would fall for it but that’s far from the truth.

Therefore, Stephen says that if you want to switch your airplane seats then she’s not going to be entertaining it one bit. Moreover, she fails to see how people find it alright to do whatever they want on planes and assume the other person must listen.

She feels that it’s obvious that if someone wants a window seat or wants to sit near a certain location, then they have to pay more. You cannot just find it alright to just steal a seat that belongs to someone else, the star adds.

And as you can imagine, people were quick to provide her with some mixed views on the subject.

Quite a lot of individuals feel that they are entitled to sit with their lover, parent, child, and more. But that is not the case for Jaci who prefers to ignore such behavior and if they continue to persist and destroy her in-flight peace, they’re going to get peace of her mind.

As a whole, this bold and blunt passenger says that the rule of flying is very simple. If you want something or you’d like to be pampered while flying thousands of feet in the air then be ready to pay. After all, nothing in life is free. Do you agree?

In some cases she is selfish. If a child is involved then don’t be a bitch.

Then perhaps the parents should think about their child when booking their flights. Other people are not responsible for other people’s children. I have two and if I want to ensure we are all sat together then I know what I as their parent needs to do. It’s not about being a bitch. It is not her responsibility.

And that actually goes for the parent of the child. You are not a spy person. Your child does not walk on water. Grow up or your kid will be like you

No ,if a child is involved then it’s the parents job to buy seats that are together .We as passengers should not have to switch our seats because the parents buy seats that are not together .

I’m with Jaci having a child does not afford you a right to anything, if it’s important to travel with or near your children you should book your flight accordingly…people fake me out thinking everyone is going to feel sorry for them and give up a seat that they paid extra for just so they can sit with someone, without paying extra for that window seat…NOT!

If I’ve paid for the seat, then no, unless they want to reimburse me

My husband is tall and I have had two knee replacements, we always book and pay for side by side aisle seats. One time someone offered to trade so that we could sit together. I thanked them for the offer and explained why we had the seats we did. They understood and thought that what and why we did this was a good idea.
