Singer Cardi B is in the spotlight after being highlighted as a suspect that could face criminal charges linked to battery.
Sources from local media outlets claim the famous rapper is being called out and investigated after she reportedly hurled a microphone at one fan in the audience who chose to shower the celeb with her drink.
The star was seen donning an orange-colored attire while performing live for her fans at a concert. She reportedly them to splash her but little did anyone know that one fan would get so overly excited and drench her with a drink.
Hence, the fan took her drink and just tossed it over the rapper. But Cardi B failed to sit silently after that incident. She hurled her microphone at the fan’s face. But it’s not confined to who exactly got slammed by the object because a small scream was heard.
Full video of the before and after of the incident showed security and the show’s organizers rushing to escort the person who was hit by the object out of the venue after suffering injuries.
Now, the latest on that front is that the singer will be forced to undergo a legal proceeding after the investigation into the case claims she was involved in battery and assault of the woman after hitting her.
But it was not only the fan who received the microphone surprisingly but the DJ too. The 30-year-old rapper was seen bashing him with the sturdy object as well after complaining that he was cutting her off too short while she was singing at the event. And that was not something she was prepared for in terms of music transitions.
Media outlet TMZ says the woman who was hit at first apologized but the next day, she made her way to a police station in Las Vegas to shed light on the matter and demand an investigation and file a case against the star.
Fans are already very upset at the star as they feel the singer’s behavior of lip-syncing to tunes was just tragic after they waited two hours in the heat to listen to her perform.
