Actor Kevin Costner was pictured reuniting with his children in Aspen amid his ugly divorce battle.

The star’s estranged wife was nowhere to be seen in that location but other sources reported how Christine Baumgartner happens to be making rounds to the bank as she’s got a few days left before she is forced to exit the star’s luxury-themed mansion.

Costner was seen with his children, all three of them, for the first time since the ugly divorce battle between him and his wife took center stage.

The 68-year-old happens to be in Colorado this week, trying to spend as much time with the kids as possible, before his wife is ordered to move out of his luxury mansion by the end of the month.

A recent court document had given Christine the last day of July as her warning to leave or else face consequences.

This could be one major reason why she was pictured making several errand runs to the bank nearby, probably trying to get her finances together before making the final move.

The news comes after she was seen putting her toned body on display while enjoying some downtime with the kids and Costner’s good friend in Hawaii.

Christine Baumgartner says that the actor took on a 10-minute Zoom call and that’s when he informed his three children over the call how he would no longer like to continue his marriage with their mom and that he was now going to be filing for divorce.

Christine wrote in the court documents how he did that without informing her and even had a phone call without her being a part of it.

As days go by and the end of the month nears, it’s going to be interesting to see how things fair out. For now, we just know that the kids would be co-parented by the duo and that means spending time separately with their mom and dad.
