Actor Kevin Costner claims he’s gearing up to sue his former wife Christine Baumgartner regarding his Yellowstone series while shedding light on her extravagant spending abilities.
The star took the shocking stand during his recent divorce hearing and was seen laughing on several occasions too while getting upset over a war of words with Christine’s legal time in the courtroom.
But it was definitely a little shocking to see him speak in detail about the matter during the explosive moment regarding a testimony about his income that he’s been reluctant to speak about in public for obvious reasons.
He was questioned about whether or not his single property compared to his compound comprising five units. And that’s when the veteran actor shed light upon how he lives in just one of those homes so he feels it’s comparable. “I fail to believe that they are equal”- he continued to add.
On that note, Christine’s attorney asked if swapping home with his former wife would ever be an option for him, and on that note, he gave out a major chuckle, leaving the courtroom stunned. Then he let out a sigh and said that’s a trick question.
“No, I wouldn’t because I just don’t feel that such a residence is in comparison with mine”- he adds.
“I have gone about raising three kids in my residence and I feel their hands are in the stone. I think most individuals would comprehend and relate to what I’m talking about”- the star adds. Similarly, he added how there were some parts of his former wife’s home that he wished were a part of his.
But the next day, more revelations were made from his side including how tax payments weren’t deducted from the figures allotted to his wife. So as you can imagine, it’s a very complex battle and the news comes just a day after the star got the upper hand in the child support payment agreement.
