15-year-old star from the hit Netflix series, Adolescence, Owen Cooper, just made major history after becoming the youngest ever Male winner at the Emmys as the show cleaned up a shocking number of wins in Los Angeles yesterday.

The teen who was born in Warrington was all smiles while he received the huge honor and accolade, and is said to be over the moon as he returns to the United Kingdom with the honor.

He’s said to be busy studying for his GCSEs as he won the role for Best Supporting Actor for the breakthrough performance as Jamie Miller in the four-part Netflix show.
