A legal expert is sharing what the worst case scenarios could be for Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban in their newly announced divorce.

The former pair who share two teenage daughters were married for 19 years after tying the knot back in 2006 with Kidman petitioning to end the marriage in a Nashville court just a few days back.

Court documents cite how the reason for the split was marital differences and irreconcilable differences with the filings including a marriage dissolution and a kids plan agreed on by this couple and submitted for approval by a judge.

As per the documents, the Babygirl star would be the primary residential parent for both the kids, having them for 306 days every year, while the dad, Urban, has them for the remaining 59 days.

The filing also mentioned how each parent earns more than $100k per month, therefore neither will need childcare of any spousal support.

The marriage dissolution plan also mapped out a roughly equal division of the assets that they share with Kidman and Urban keeping all the assets that are in their own home, including copyrights and royalties for artistic work. But there is also a cocaine clause that comes into play here.

The clause says that if Urban remains sober from drugs and alcohol throughout the marriage, and if it were to end, then he would get a payment of $600k for each year that they were together.
