Actress Blake Lively has dropped claims against actor and director Justin Baldoni of infliction of emotional distress.

Lively’s attorneys called the move just a routine practice and brushed away any rumors about this being a major deal in the case.

Blake Lively has requested the withdrawal without prejudice of two of her claims, linked to the infliction of emotional distress against the director.
After being requested to produce relevant medical data, Baldoni’s legal team filed a letter to the court asserting that they’re entitled to the dismissal of all such claims with prejudice so that it will not be re-filed.
