EXCLUSIVE: Devastated Mom Tells Kids ‘Christmas Is CANCELED’ After Pet Dog Diagnosed With Bone Cancer


It’s the festive season and so many families are counting the days away from Christmas but for one household, the holiday event has been canceled.

A mother has reportedly informed her two young children that this year, the family will be having a very low-key holiday event. And that’s because she’s received a massive bill from the vet after their pet bulldog was diagnosed with bone cancer.

29-year-old Joely Eaton received a bill worth $9000 from the vet for a pet dog named Buddy. This is the family’s famous Staffordshire Bull terrier who just got diagnosed with a terrible illness and they’re doing whatever they can to try and save him.

‘I could not have put him to sleep. He is similar to being another child to me and my loved ones. We love him”- explained the mother who started to wipe away tears from her eyes.

The family was recently left with no choice but to have the pet’s leg amputated after being diagnosed with osteosarcoma, which is a type of bone malignancy and is very vicious in intent.

The mom who owns a cleaning business mentioned how she had no heart to celebrate big this year as it just did not feel right and neither did she have the funds to go big during the holiday season after landing the huge vet bill.

“We have got Buddy this holiday season and that’s truly all that matters”- she went on to mention.

Ms. Eaton reportedly received Buddy as a Christmas present on her 21st birthday with her own mom owning his mother and father. And that is what adds a special bond to the dog’s family.

Now, she is planning on spending barely anything and hopes her little kids can understand and appreciate the little things in life and a great many blessings that come with it.
