Actress Christina Applegate is opening up for the first time about her massive 40-pound weight gain after being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis.
The celeb has broken her silence about her health and how the condition has really taken a toll on her daily life.
She recently sat down for an exclusive interview about how the MS diagnosis has left her unable to move freely and limited her range of mobility. Moreover, she claims that moving without a cane is next to impossible for her.
But despite going through so much and literally suffering off-screen, she is ever so determined to finish off filming the rest of the season of Dead to Me because that’s how dedicated of a star she is.
The 50-year-old was diagnosed with the condition while she was busy filming the last season of the show in August of last year. The news really hit her hard and took her by surprise. After all, this was not something that she or anyone was expecting.
The actress is famous for her great acting talent and bubbly personality but that all changed after her recent diagnosis which she says has been really hard on her.
It was revealed how the show’s producers even took on a five-month-long break so the star could begin her treatment and that’s something that she’ll always be grateful for.
As far as her health and medical condition is concerned, she claims that she is literally shaken for life. It’s definitely not something she was expecting and for the most part of it, she is pissed to see her life come to a standstill.
But Christina is no stranger when it comes to battling out events. In the year 2008, the celeb was diagnosed with breast cancer and had to undergo a double mastectomy. Then in the year 2017, she was forced to have her ovaries and fallopian tubes removed.
