Chris Evans tied the knot with his girlfriend, Alba Baptista, in an intimate, secret ceremony over the weekend.

The 42-year-old Captain America star and his partner, 26, exchanged their vows in a phone-free wedding at their luxury estate in Boston where high-profile guests flocked to celebrate the good news.

Among other renowned guests were Evans’ Marvel co-stars Jeremy Renner, Chris Hemsworth, and Robert Downey Jr. John Krasinski, Emily Blunt, Susan Downey, and Elsa Pataky were also spotted at the star-studded event.

It was also revealed that Baptista and Evans took privacy concerns very seriously by asking their guests to turn in their phones before joining in on the festivities. All guests were also asked to sign non-disclosure agreements.

The ceremony comes months after the Hollywood actor confirmed his relationship with Alba in a short but adorable clip shared on social media.

Previously, in November last year, People first reported that the couple had been dating for more than a year and that their union was serious.

In 2022, the Captain America actor also opened up about his personal life in a candid interview with People.

“That’s absolutely something I want: wife, kids, building a family,” he said of settling down.

“When you read about most of the best artists, whether it’s actors, painters, writers, most of them [admit] it wasn’t the work they made [that they are most proud of], it was about the relationships; the families they created, the love they found, the love they shared.

“So it’s also something through my long 41 years that also rings true.”
