A mother was left fuming recently after her child’s teacher did the unthinkable to stop him from talking.

According to reports from local media outlets, teaching is not a profession that a lot of people can handle easily as it requires due diligence and plenty of compassion.

But it appears that one teacher from a school in North Carolina lost her cool when a student just would not stop talking. On that note, she opted to tape his mouth shut, leaving him humiliated in front of his classmates.

However, it was not long before his mother found out through a selfie that he had sent out, showing how embarrassing it was for him to be seated like this inside his North Carolina School’s classroom.

Ever since the incident went viral and the furious mother vowed to take action against the school and its teacher for this unlawful behavior, she is believed to have resigned in shame, knowing what she did was wrong. She has also opted to keep a low profile as authorities vow to conduct a thorough investigation on the matter.

The school was identified as Smithfield Middle School in South Carolina. But the mother is now revealing what she felt about the matter.

Seeing her son’s situation at first glance made her assume he was bullied and that was what the bullies had done to him. But later he found that it was actually his own teacher that displayed totally unacceptable behavior because he was mumbling in class.
