Elon Musk is not too happy after his son came out as transgender and is now planning on changing names after filing some explosive court papers recently.
According to local media reports, things are not looking too good for the world’s richest man in terms of his family affairs.
Sources claim that the cause stated for changing names was because the 18-year-old no longer wishes to be associated with Musk in any way, shape, or form.
The news comes as an array of controversial tweets have arisen through the Tesla CEO’s Twitter account. This was in regards to the issue of pronouns resurfacing.
18-year-old Xavier filed to change their gender from a male to a female and that included losing their last name too.
She stated in the shocking petition that she would rather prefer to take the mother’s maiden name instead of her dad’s. Therefore, now, the name would be Vivian Jenna Wilson.
Xavier mentioned in the recently filed court documents that there is no chance of her undergoing any form of reconciliation with her dad. Instead, she would like to see her decision as a final one with zero links to her billionaire dad.
50-year-old Musk is known to have Xavier and twin Griffin from his first wife who is a Canadian author named Justine Wilson.
On Friday, there will now be a hearing petition filed that would take place right before a judge. This is scheduled in California.
The initial paperwork which is now making the viral rounds on social media had initially been filed in April but was publicly released on Monday, as confirmed by local media outlets.
Sadly, this is just one day after Musk tweeted a sweet Father’s Day message to all his kids, expressing how much he loved them all. But it sadly appears that they might not feel the same way about him after this dramatic incident.
