Thanksgiving is just around the corner and schools are serving holiday-themed meals in the spirit of the occasion.
However, not all parents were happy to learn about what was being given to their kids in the name of Thanksgiving food. And we’re talking about some very unappetizing meals.
All the foods were dubbed to be ridiculously bad and then we had some individuals mention that it’s baffling how food that appeared like vomit on a plate still was getting served left and right.
Some people claim that during their time, foods like these were dubbed to be an absolute highlight of the year but now that seems to be far from the case.
“This is the time to be celebrating family, friends, sales, and food. But when you have kids getting served trash, it’s just mind-blowing how this can be okay”- added another.
One Reddit user mentioned how she is just appalled at what is being shown and hopes that someday schools would understand that food that looks good, does actually taste good.
Some parents lashed out at the school’s administration team for not doing enough and not being aware of what was going down at the institution. Similarly, they were slammed for the ordeal which a few called out to be mildly infuriating.
The post has since then ended up getting resurfaced and what is supposed to look like turkey served with mashed potatoes appears from that.
