Cardi B And Offset Come Under Fire After Giving Daughter Kulture $50,000 For Her 4th Birthday


Cardi B and Offset have sparked a heated debate after “showing off” their wealth on their daughter’s birthday.

In a viral video marking the fourth birthday of Kulture, the daughter of the musician couple, the WAP hitmaker handed the little girl five stacks of cash amounting to $50,000 while Kulture was peeking from a car window.

The clip was shared on social media by Offset who didn’t hold back on brandishing the extravagant gift in front of millions of followers.

“What is that?” the rapper asked his daughter in the short video.

“A ticket! [one million dollars]” Kulture replied.

“A ticket is a million, girl,” Offset added. “That’s 50. Say, 50!”

According to the reports, Cardi B and Offset took their daughter on a trip to the children’s museum Candytopia to celebrate her 4th birthday.

The couple has since shared a series of photos from the family’s trip to Candytopia together with Kulture and son Wave.

After the news of Cardi B and Offset’s gift to their daughter went viral, some fans were quick to take their side saying they have the right to spoil their daughter. Others, however, blasted the parents saying a four-year-old child would prefer toys over stacks of cash.

“This is about as low-class as you can get,” someone wrote.

“Top notch parenting and intelligence. What four year old wants a stack of cash?!” another said.

As it happens, this isn’t the first time the rappers came under scrutiny over their expensive gift to Kulture.

Back in July 2020, Offset shared a video in which he was seen handing an $8,000 Birkin bag to her daughter for her second birthday.
