There has been significant outrage across the board after a certain Capitol rioter who was pardoned by Donald Trump was recently busted for threatening to kill a top Democrat.

Christopher Moynihan took part in the January 6 US Capitol attack and was soon pardoned by Trump. He has been arrested in New York for threatening Hakeem Jeffries, who is the minority leader.

Court filings showed how Moynihan sent out text messages prior to his speech in New York City, stating that Jeffries makes a speech in a few days in NYC, and therefore he will not be able to allow this terrorist to live.

‘Even if I am hated, he needs to go and get eliminated’- the bold remarks mentioned. He then stated how he would go forward to kill him in the future for sure.

The shocking direct threat was deemed credible and lead to an FBI joint Terrorism Task Force investigation and involvement of the NY state police.

Moynihan is charged with making a terrorist threat, which is a felony of Class D under law of New York. He was convicted in the past for obstructing an official proceeding and pleaded guilty to five misdeameanors linked to his actions at the Capitol. He was then sentenced to 21 months in jail in February 2023, followed up by three years of supervised release
