Calls in the US continue to grow to have the 25th Amendment to the Constitution to be used against Donald Trump, suggesting that he’s unfit for office.

Amongst those making the calls include prominent names like Rep Maxine Waters who mentioned that the decisions the the president was making were not in favor of the nation.

This includes the removal of Lisa Cook from the Federal Reserve’s Board of Governors.

“It’s time to call for Article 25 of the Constitution of the US to see how unfit he is, to determine that something’s wrong with this president. And I would suggest that we move very aggressively to talk about the dangers linked to this nation,”- she shared. There was also talk about how Trump is a major danger to democracy and not to play around with this.

‘This is absolutely one of the most destructive things that any president can do, and we need to put an end to it,”- she continued during her latest appearance on MSNBC’s The Weeknight.

Trump was able to remove Federal Reserve Governor Lisa Cook on Monday, alleging that she did not represent the right mortgage information. Many did not agree with his decision, which came right before the Appeals Court shared that most of the President’s tariffs that were imposed were illegal and he overstepped his presidential powers.
