A DoorDash customer is showing the horrifying experience he recently had after his rider was given a 25% tip for his $20 order.
According to reports from local media outlets, the shocking footage showed how the rider became furious when he learned about the tip that he was scheduled to attain. And as you can make out, he was not happy one bit.
DoorDash is a great delivery experience and it really does put in hard work to get clients what they want through quick delivery services and reliable food deliveries. But one customer shared his awful experience with a rider that certainly was not happy about the tips that he was getting.
Therefore, he chose to document how badly the rider behaved instead of being grateful because tips were never enforced, he was already paying for the service and according to him, this was just a gesture of goodwill. But what he received instead of a thank you was uncalled for.
The incident was shared online and people had their say after analyzing the whole situation. Shockingly, the man got very little support for his tipping endeavor and instead, you’ll see him getting bashed for no good reason.
The majority of individuals felt that it was super expensive to drive down there, considering the huge hike in fuel prices. Hence, they felt a little consideration sometimes goes a long way. So in this case, he could have been more generous.
On the contrary, there were a few who did side with the client and were appalled at his rude behavior. They feel the time has come to let the employer know what was mentioned so that he could be given a taste of his own medicine.
