11-Year-Old Boy FORCED To Flee Ukraine Leaving His Heartbroken Mother Behind


One mother is sharing her utter heartbreak after she was forced to bid farewell to her young son as he fled Ukraine while leaving her behind.

While the number of tragic family stories coming in from Ukraine is plenty, this is the tale of 11-year-old Hasan who was forced to flee the war-torn country while leaving his mother behind.

The young child had to flee on his own without his mother accompanying him. The mother was forced to stay behind as her own mother was too old to travel.

Hasan left with nothing but a passport, a backpack, and his telephone number written on his hand.

Now, his mother Julia Pisecka Volodymyrivna says it’s the most difficult decision she’s ever had to make in her life as she shed light on what it’s really like to be far away from loved ones due to a live war going on in your nation.

Little Hasan managed to travel all the way to Slovakia on his own with experts claiming how the distance measured is nearly 750 miles. But that didn’t stop this young boy who continued to remain brave and calm, every step of the way.

After seeing his phone number written down on his hand, officials were quick and inviting to assist him during these troubled times.

He was given immediate care and relief with plenty of food and water too. Moreover, his family was notified about his whereabouts and how he managed to arrive safe and sound and under their protection in the Slovakian capital city of Bratislava.

The mother recently shared an emotional video where she could be seen breaking down into tears while thanking the country of Slovakia for being so inviting during these difficult times and assisting her child.

“I am a widow and I do have more children. I would like to thank you all so much, including all the Slovak customs and volunteers who cared for my son and assisted him in crossing the border.”
