Prince Harry will reportedly never be a part-time royal, despite recently reuniting with his father, King Charles III, in the United Kingdom.
According to reports from local media outlets, the recent reconciliation meeting in the UK between father and son had many speculating about a possible return of Harry as a royal. Some even went as far as to mention that he and Meghan might be shifting back into the Palace and resume royal duties that they were keen on doing.
Now, a royal source has confirmed to the media outlet Daily Mail that nothing of that sort would be happening. ‘The King is a forgiving man, but has been so clear in upholding his late mom’s decision that there cannot be half-in, half-out members of the working royal family.
The insider blasted sources that claimed how Harry’s four-day trip to the United Kingdom might be a new working model for him, in which he strives to get to take on royal duties while being based in America with Meghan.
The insider refused to confirm such claims, calling them false and very misleading. “Whoever is behind the Sussexes seems to have mistaken a brief tea and a slice of cake for the Treaty of Versailles’- the insider joked.
Another royal source shared that President Trump’s visit to the UK was a show of strength for Charles and William. Both of them have a close bond that is unshakeable. It is supported by other working members of the family, the source added. ‘His interest was his father’s well-being and that’s it!’- the insider concluded.
