Kevin Costner’s lawyers are hitting back at his estranged wife for making some ridiculous demands.

She says that the A-list celeb from Hollywood should be covering her legal fees, after the very little amount he’s been ordered to pay for child support.

But the star’s legal team is making sure Christine and her lawyers understand that this won’t be happening and only she is the one who is being called out to pay the actor’s legal fee and not the other way around.

And the amount of her lawyers is not cheap. It comes at a staggering price tag of $885k. The latter is the amount outlined as the payment for one simple argument that she chose to battle out in the courtroom. And now, she is filing an appeal for him to cover the huge costs related to just that.

For those who are still wondering what the argument is all about, well, it’s linked to whether or not her waiver of spousal support is enforceable or not.

And that’s when the Hollywood actor’s lawyer called it the most ridiculous argument, slamming her claims that he should cover the costs for such an ordeal.

The lawyer added how the claim is even more outrageous because the judge had already ruled in the past how the prenup that both parties had agreed on is enforceable. Therefore, to still see her make such claims is definitely upsetting and ridiculous, another added.

The news comes at a time when Christine has vowed to go back to school and get a higher degree and has even vowed to get back into the workforce so she can make more money to better support herself and her children.
