Awkwardness At Peak As President Biden Says He Found Out About ‘Rising’ Meat Costs From His Family Friend


President Biden is being severely criticized after he reportedly mentioned how he found out about soaring meat prices from his family friend.

According to local media reports, the economic reality really took a giant bite out of the President of the USA over the recent holiday break. And that’s when one of Biden’s good friends spoke to him about the growing inflation in the country, especially the sudden surge in meat prices.

The news really startled the President who was present at his Delaware home at that time.

On Monday, the President revealed how he is in the midst of discussing ways on how to curb the rising costs and that includes holding a series of meetings with corporate ‘middlemen.’

In addition to that, the President was also quick to add how the sudden increase in prices did not have anything to do with his administration. Instead, he chose to put the blame conveniently on ‘decades high inflation’ that has reportedly resulted in the rise of food and consumer products.

Biden continued by chatting about how one pound of beef actually costs five bucks today as compared to being less than four bucks before the start of the pandemic.

Earlier on Monday, the White House revealed how it planned on spending nearly $1 billion in the American Rescue Plan Act funds which would assist in supporting all independent meat processing companies while putting the blame on four giant firms.
