“There’s Nothing Much I Can Do”- President Biden BLAMES Record Hike In Gas Prices On Putin


President Joe Biden has reportedly pointed fingers at Russian President Putin for the steep increase in gas prices in the US.

The President was recently caught mentioning how there was certainly nothing much he can do in this matter as it was all Putin’s fault.

The news comes as Americans brace themselves for record-high prices in gas.

Many were certainly not shocked at how the White House blame game took center stage as this is definitely something that so many were expecting.

Moreover, Biden was even quick to predict how strongly he felt that things would soon get worse than what they already are as prices at petrol pumps soar.

“They are going to go way up”- the President mentioned.

When the President was questioned about what could actually be done to help tackle this worrisome matter, all Biden could say is that he certainly could not do much right now. “It is Russia who is responsible for all of this”- he explained.

The world has seen the White House play the typical blame game on numerous occasions and they’re certainly not shying away from pointing their fingers at Russia, this time around too.

The President’s remarks came at a time when he banned all imports of energy from Russia which means America will no longer be buying gas and oil from Russia due to its decision to invade Ukraine.

Meanwhile, Ukraine’s President Zelensky recently put on a post through his Twitter account where he thanked the US for their decision that is being looked upon by many as a major strike to Putin’s war machine.
