The co-hosts on The View are not happy with Anheuser-Busch for backtracking on its beer advertising campaign.
Sources from local media outlets claim the women were not letting the decision go down so easily and explained how all members of the LGBTQ community were Americans and hence needed to be treated like it.
For those who are not aware, many celebs and brands were seen shunning their campaigns with the leading trans influencer. But the country was stunned to see Bud Light go on and establish a new marketing campaign featuring the controversial star.
Sources showed how the brand lost million in just a few days because people wanted nothing to do with anything that had her on the front page of the products that they were consuming.
But the decision did not go down well with co-hosts on The View. They felt it was a time people understood that this behavior couldn’t be appreciated.
“America is a free land that supports all kinds of people, including the LGBTQ community”- Whoopi Goldberg added while blasting those who find it alright to just shun the trans star for no reason.
On the other hand, co-host Sunny Hostin mentioned how this sort of controversy is clear proof that perhaps the US is a transphobic country and we must do something about it soon.
Bud Light was seen returning to social media after being slammed for the incident. Their latest post managed to garner millions of views, despite the fact that we saw it lost out billions in the past few days in light of this controversy.
Many people are now labeling this new ad as a pathetic attempt at course correcting after the partnership with the trans activist.
