Singer Bebe Rexha was brutally attacked during her recent on-stage performance.
The famous celebrity was rushed to a nearby medical facility when a fan launched an attack upon her while she was performing on stage. It was reported that the fan brutally threw a phone at her face, leaving her with injuries.
Viral footage was taken showing the star fall down to her knees after a fan slammed their smartphone against her face. The injuries were evidence and so was the pain on her face that couldn’t be denied.
The 33-year-old star was seen performing at The Rooftop at Pier 17 during the later hours of Sunday. Reports claim the phone was most definitely launched from the crowd.
Rexha was reportedly spotted flaunting her curves in a matching two-piece hot pink number. She was seen walking toward the front of the stage while singing one of her hits when all of a sudden, a huge device was thrown in her direction.
And that slammed right into her face with a bang. As anyone would be, the star grabbed her face and was seen displayed showed and horrified expression as that was not something she or anyone was prepared for.
Still, the star began to gather strength and pick herself up from the ground. She was clearly very disturbed by this violent behavior and it was not long before the security personnel had stepped in to control the situation before matters became worse.
Fans were quick to rush by the star’s side for help and support. They urged authorities to intervene and arrest and name and shame the alleged attacker as this kind of behavior against a celeb is unbelievable and needs appropriate punishment.
