A Starbucks barista is going viral after tearfully sharing with the world their brutal working conditions and how painful it is for them to work long-hour shifts.

Now, the video is going viral and has netizens sharing their reviews which clearly has people divided on the matter.

The post was shared by the trans barista on Twitter and since then, it’s been getting plenty of reactions across the board. At the start of the clip, you can see the barista shedding tears and explaining how hard it has been with rude customers, long working hours, and some terrifying working conditions.

The video was shared by a far-right supporter of former US president Donald, Senator Sebastian Gorka and he wanted people’s views on whether or not a union should be sent to look over such concerns.

While being a full-time student, he was forced to put in 25 hours a week and around 8 hours on the weekend. And that was just beyond outrageous in his opinion.

Many blasted the video and called it out as an epic meltdown taking place. The fact that the barista continually mentioned that he was just about to quit but failed to do so was another point worth pondering.

The barista then went on to showcase the exact point in time when the cafe was packed with customers and with only four people on the floor, things were slowly but surely becoming unmanageable for him.

The fact that there were only four people running the show with this many customers really had people in shock. They felt that it was truly underwhelming to see such behavior take place at a leading coffee place like this.

The barista then said that alongside the in-house customers, they had plenty of in-mobile customers too. But the chain refused to allow them to turn those mobile orders off, despite the fact that the staff was struggling with orders indoors.
