Taylor Swift is taking a step back from her close bond with Blake Lively after feeling like she was used as an intimidation tactic by the actress in her legal battle.
Insiders shared how it was appalling how the singer’s name was mentioned in the lawsuit and she never wished to be embroiled in this kind of drama from the start.
The 35-year-old was dragged into the explosive legal feud between Lively and Baldoni when he made claims about the co-star using Swift to intimidate him as she was a powerful celebrity.
This was during a meeting attended by Ryan Reynolds about edits she made during a rooftop scene in the movie It Ends with Us.
The mega lawsuit that stands at $400M has Baldoni mentioning that Swift did indeed show up and make him feel like he needed to listen to Lively’s changes for the script.
Lively then chose to threaten Baldoni later on by comparing herself to the lead in Games of Thrones, through a series of messages. She referred to her husband and Swift as her dragons who served as a best friend.
Fans were quick to call out the star and mentioned that her behavior was so uncool and uncalled for. The fact that she would go to this low showed what type of person she is.
