Fans were devastated to hear about this incident taking center stage and from what insiders claim, the awards will now take place in January, instead of September.

The news caused a huge commotion online and had fans devastated as they were really looking forward to the event airing soon. But little did anyone know that a delay of this kind would arise, and that too lead to the event getting delayed until early next year.

Fox News did confirm the news but refused to decline on the matter that they deem to be highly controversial. Others went into detail about how canceling the event as a whole is not on the cards as organizers did mention how this year marks the event’s 75th anniversary.

Hence, it’s just too important of a date to skip, insiders went on to explain.

This means new contracts would be signed and the show would be allowed to take a breather before work begins on it again.
