Jimmy Kimmel was seen arriving at the studio with a major scowl on his face.
The news comes as the star gears up to make his return to the late-night show after spending nearly a week at home after his show was suspended.
Sources have confirmed that the comedian was spotted wearing a white, long-sleeve button-up shirt and black pants while entering the El Captain Entertainment Center on Hollywood Boulevard through a back door.
This is just hours before his show would be appearing on air. However, both Sinclair and Nextstar stations that make up about a third of ABC’s affiliates, declared that they won’t be showing the program.
Kimmel was booted off the air last week over comments related to Charlie Kirk’s assassination. The host mentioned that the MAGA gang was trying to portray the suspect in Kirk’s killing as anything other than one of them.
ABC’s parent firm, Disney, shared that it had suspended the show to prevent further inflation on a tense situation at an emotionally charged moment for the nation.
But after having thoughtful conversations with Jimmy, the firm shared that Jimmy Kimmel Live! would return to the air on Tuesday.
