Rachel McAdams is known to be the tough cookie in the entertainment industry and this next story about her recent photoshoot is proof of just that and more.
The star was seen speaking about how much she enjoys promoting her natural self and if it were up to her, she’d be roaming around in her natural element all day long.
For her recent magazine photoshoot, the 44-year-old opted to stun the world by posing with all of her armpit hair showing. And when it came down to the editing aspect, she made sure that they did not retouch too much of her face and body because she wanted her natural self to shine through.
She says shaving is intense and life is too short to worry about tasks like that. Therefore, she’s proudly embracing her body hair, no matter what people have to say about her.
As expected, the reaction she got was not adored by plenty of people. They did not find it alright for the star to do something like that as it ruined the focus of the shoot and started a quick online debate about whether or not females can promote body hair in armpits, out of all places.
The Mean Girls actress says she could care less about what others felt about her. This was her life and her body and she was going to embrace it like she wants to.
The shoot was for Bustle magazine, which happens to be known for glam and sultry appeal. But with this much armpit hair on display, we’re not quite sure what the editors felt about just that.
But one thing is for sure. It’s definitely going to get people buzzing and debating over the endeavor.
