Ariana Grande and her new boyfriend have been accused of breaking up a family and betraying the trust of their loved ones.
Ethan Slater, the superstar’s new boyfriend, officially filed for divorce from his wife Lilly Jay earlier this week, leaving the new mom, who just gave birth to their first child last August, feeling betrayed and blindsided.
As for Ariana, she ended her marriage to Dalton Gomez earlier this month with sources suggesting the man was “devastated” by her decision because the separation was not something he wanted.
Multiple sources have since revealed that Ariana and Ethan were involved for several months since they started shooting Wicked in London after they were spotted holding hands on the set.
Another insider now claimed that Ariana hung out with Slater, his wife, and their newborn baby while having an affair with the actor.
“Lilly hung out with Ethan and Ariana so many times. Ariana met their baby and even held him. They had dinners together in London – and Ariana told Lilly that she wanted to have a baby one day and that she couldn’t wait to start a family,” they said.
The source further claimed that Lilly and Ethan attempted to fix their marriage after she exposed his affair only for Ethan to continue his romance with the Thank U, Next hitmaker.
“There was a period when they were all going to try and work on their marriages and put the whole thing behind them. She thought they were happy,” the source added. “But that did not work out [because Ariana and Ethan] kept the affair going despite [that].”
The news comes as Lilly herself spoke out about the shocking allegations and vowed to focus on rebuilding a life for herself and her son now that she is a single mom.
“I am focused on rebuilding a life for our son and rebuilding a life for him. This is what I am trying to do and this is my only focus,” she said.
