The news about the killing of Charlie Kirk has left the US and many of those who care about it on the edge.
The arrest of the suspect named Tyler Robinson did bring some hope for the world, but it’s still a messy situation as everyone in the US is not on the same page.
The latest fear has to do with the country possibly descending into a new era of political violence, and that is slowly because it’s transforming into a place where differences are settled not using words but by guns and blood.
After all, it was able to plumb into those depths in the past. History has seen plenty of assassinations bring out a similar outcome, and many think that might be the case here, based on the response to the killing.
Shockingly, more than 50% of those are under the ownership of Americans. So, to put that into facts, for every 100 Americans, there are 120 guns.
Today, grief gets inflamed into fury, and footage of the Kirk’s horrific shooting has now entered global circulation mere moments after his death. We might have Trump to blame for that as he admitted to Fox News that he couldn’t care less about bringing the country together.
