Following the jury’s verdict in the Depp-Heard defamation trial, the actress was ordered to pay the Pirates of the Caribbean star $10 million in compensatory damages and $350,000 in punitive damages.

Though she may have lost her legal battle against Johnny, Amber is not giving up on her mission to convince people that she was telling the truth when she accused her ex of violence.

In her explosive interview with NBC’s Today show, Heard reiterated her allegations saying she still loves Depp before accusing him of hitting her throughout their toxic relationship.

She also suggested the trial was unfair because of Johnny’s social media fame and his “fantastic” acting.

Now, it has also come to light that the 36-year-old actress released “a binder worth of years of notes dating back to 2011 from the very beginning of her relationship” as she met with Today host Savannah Guthrie.

According to the reports, the newly shared “evidence” contains detailed recounts of the times Depp allegedly “hit” Heard, “threw her against a wall,” and “threatened to kill her.”

During the explosive interview, some of the notes were shown on screen as host Savannah Guthrie revealed they contain a detailed description of the events mentioned in Heard’s allegations.

The notes, however, appear to be nothing more than hearsay which is why Heard’s legal team was not allowed to present them in court as evidence.

“There’s a binder worth of years of notes dating back to 2011 from the very beginning of my relationship that were taken by my doctor who I was reporting the abuse to,” the actress said.

Guthrie added: “Her notes represented years, years of real-time explanations of what was going on.”

Among other notes Guthrie recalled seeing are the ones where Heard alleged Johnny “ripped her nightgown, threw her on the bed” and “threw her against a wall and threatened to kill her.”

Despite being found guilty of defamation, Heard refuses to back down saying she will “stand by her testimony to her dying day.”

“One thing I can tell you is, one thing I’m not is vindictive. This would be a really lousy way to get vengeance,” she said.

“As silly as it is to say this out loud, my goal – the only thing I can hope for at this point… I just want people to see me as a human being.”
