Johnny Depp’s superfans have expressed their support for Amber Heard’s ‘stressed out’ attorney who was allegedly spotted crying in the courtroom.
As the blockbuster defamation trial nears its end, Heard’s legal team has faced challenges in shielding the actress’s public image and presenting any substantial evidence that could help them win the case.
According to some reports, Heard was also spotted having a screaming match with her attorney, Elaine Bredehoft, outside the courtroom.
After suggesting that Bredehoft looks “drained” from trying to defend her client, Johnny Depp’s followers expressed their support for the attorney saying she looks like she’s breaking down.
“Overall she’s probably a great lawyer, it’s just hard to defend someone who is guilty,” one person wrote.
“Someone from the audience saw her crying in the courtroom the other day. my heart breaks for her,” another alleged.
The third wrote: “She looks like she is crying. It is sad actually. Amber heard has ruined her career for sure.”
“Honestly she’s not a bad person. She was one of the first to walk in yesterday and today, and she smiled at us. Gotta acknowledge that,” someone added.
The show of support for the embattled attorney comes after Amber Heard’s intense Tuesday testimony during which Bredehoft visibly struggled as Depp’s star attorney Camille Vasquez objected to almost all questions Bredehoft attempted to ask.
Vasquez’s objections were repeatedly sustained, forcing Bredehoft to stop in the middle of her questions and recollect herself.
“I’m trying here, I’m trying,..” the attorney said before coming to a short pause after a series of sustained objections.
