Al Pacino and Noor Alfallah have split just months after welcoming their first child together.
The couple, who reportedly “could not be happier” by the pregnancy months ago, parted ways with Alfallah filing legal documents requesting full physical custody of her son whom she gave birth to on June 6 at Los Angeles’ Cedars-Sinai Hospital.
According to The Blast, the 29-year-old is seeking full custody with “reasonable visitation” rights for her 83-year-old ex. It is also said that the young woman told the court she was willing to have joint custody with the actor so that he would have a say in his child’s life matters such as education, religion, and more.
Once granted custody, Alfallah will likely request child support though no specific amount was listed in the initial court documents. The final number will likely be reached in the following hearings after the judge hears both parties and their arguments.
It was already confirmed, however, that the 29-year-old wants the Hollywood star to pay for her legal expenses including attorney fees and other costs arising from the case.
It is also believed that Al Pacino didn’t object to any demands and propositions made by his former partner.
The split comes just months after sources suggested the actor was “hoodwinked” by his lover.
“She knew Al didn’t want to have more kids, they have no relationship, it’s a mess,” an insider told Showbiz411.
Sources also claimed that the 29-year-old kept her pregnancy secret from the actor for 11 weeks and that he was shocked to learn she was pregnant because he didn’t think he could still father a child.
