Russian forces have launched a fresh series of airstrikes in the Ukrainian western region with the city of Lviv being the recent target of attack.
According to local media reports, Lviv is located very near to Poland which is a NATO member and that appears to be Putin’s new tactic as he intensifies terror in the country’s west.
A large bombardment of Russian missiles was fired during the early morning hours of the day, with sources revealing how at least six had struck on target.
These missiles were reportedly fired via ships into the Black Sea as two managed to strike an aircraft repair facility as well as a bus garage.
Thankfully, no major casualties have been reported as of now because officials believe that both of those facilities had been shut since the invasion began, sparing loss of human life.
The new missile launch on the country’s west is taking place as Putin’s generals are now relying on carrying out a series of long-distance military strikes that try to weaken defenses while the ground-attacks from the Russian side come to a shocking halt.
On the other hand, the US is sending out clear warnings on how it believes that the Russian President would soon be relying upon nuclear threats that would assist in deterring the West. And that’s because his army is currently taking a major hit.
The news of the missile strikes was recently confirmed by the city mayor who not only condemned the attack from the Black Sea but said it managed to destroy the entire aircraft repair facility.
In the same way, Mayor Andriy Sadovyi says that at least four incoming missiles from the Russian side were reportedly shot down.
